At Naptime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items.

Return Process

  Log into your Naptime account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
